2025/07/01 Update

I have received the ranobe!!! I thought it would be much large, but no, it's actually very small, but other than that, they're here, and i'm so happy.

Hopefully I can ask them to pack it up even further, because wow, that's good condition, like, seriously! I want to preserve that condition since you rarely see this stuff.

Had to pay 1750円 since the package came out at 1.6 kilo, sucks like hell.

The middleman sent pictures of the novels finally arriving to them, they look even more awesome upclose!!!!! The camera quality helps a lot too.

2025/05/29 Update

After paying, they immediately bought out the auction! That's because the auction had a "Buy Out Now" option enabled by the seller, which allowed me to buy it on the spot, I wish I had my own Yahoo! JAPAN account, but that requires a JP phone number to be available. It does not work with USA, EU or RU numbers.

Finally, after several months, I have decided to do something that will cost me a lot of money, and that is importing things from Japan, it's crazy, I know, but I decided to do that.

Since none of the services that exist outside Russia work, I have decided to use a middle-man service which is basically having a person who act's as a company in the country and then exports things from there. It's pretty odd right? Sanctions exist but things like that still work, you learn something new everyday. This is basically playing gamble with your money, you see if you got a good service or a scam. I decided to find something that is rated pretty well. Upon buying, I start to feel like I did something awful in terms of doing that, honestly, but after a few days that feeling has grown on me and I accepted it, I hope I get an update from the middle man in terms of if it arrived or not

Fun note, I will not be able to read these! I haven't learnt vocab and I haven't learnt anything else in terms of the vocab used in novels which is unique on their own, I will probably import/buy some manga as a substitute during that time, so once I get them they will probably gain dust, or rather, my book cover paper will, planning on covering the books to prevent yellowing and all that jazz from happening to them
